We are currently recruiting the best candidates to join us:

Customer Services Reps (CSR):

Retail sales experience and customer focused attitude a must.  Our mission is to provide both our local and online customers with fair prices, honest information and the best customer service central Iowa has to offer. There are no bad attitudes or gun store commando’s here!  If you have customer service or retail sales experience, an interest in firearms or you are a current firearms enthusiast, we would love to meet you.  No prior firearms sales experience required. As a CSR, we’ll train you to be part of our Range Safety Officer (RSO) team.  who put customer safety first in  customer oriented environment.  While working as an RSO, you’ll  assist with scheduling and assigning range lanes for Rangemaster Members, assist new members in orientation and range safety briefings, and supervise the live fire on our two shooting range bays.

Firearms Instructors

We look for student focused instructors with positive attitudes and a track record of training beginning and advanced shooters in handgun, rifle and special topic classes.  We’re looking for instructors who model appropriate and responsible firearms use and are motivated to work with students to the student’s satisfaction.  NRA Basic Instructor certification is required, NRA or equivalent RSO certification must be completed prior to or within 30 days of employment.
